Mail Carrier Associate

Overview:

This position involves working within pre-mapped residential areas to introduce homeowners to Copper Eagle’s services through distribution of direct mailers. This is a flexible, independent role ideal for students or individuals seeking consistent weekly work.

Compensation:

  • $18 - 28 an Hour 

  • ​Monthly Bonuses​

Requirements:

  • Must be reliable and able to complete assigned routes independently.

  • Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods (2–4 hours at a time)

  • Professional and respectful when interacting with homeowners

  • Strong communication skills

Sales Associate

Overview:

This position involves following up with homeowner leads generated through Copper Eagle’s marketing efforts, as well as conducting light in-person outreach within pre-mapped residential areas.

Associates will contact interested homeowners, schedule appointments, and introduce Copper Eagle’s services, including solar energy systems, roof replacements, and rooftop deck construction.

This is a flexible, performance-driven role with strong earning potential and opportunities for advancement.

Compensation:

  • $24 an Hour 

  • Project Commissions​

Requirements:

  • Follow up with inbound and warm leads via phone and text

  • Schedule appointments for consultations and estimates

  • Conduct outreach in assigned neighborhoods (light door-to-door)

  • Distribute marketing materials where applicable

  • Track activity and lead status using a simple mobile system

  • Maintain professional communication with homeowners
